Grantley Road

A modern rear extension and reconfiguration to a 1930’s semi-detached house in Surrey.

The overall design is simple and clean. White rustic bricks have been used for the elevations and the extension is finished with a black zinc standing seam mono-pitched roof. Internally the roof structure has been kept exposed to maximise the sense of space, within which skylights are set above the large dining area.
