A renovation of a mid-terrace garden flat.

The flat was devastated by flooding, which provided the client with an unplanned opportunity to complete a substantial refurbishment.

To increase the feeling of space and light within the flat, finishes have been replaced with lighter tones, which contrast with darker fixtures and fittings.
